How do I purchase Gifts?

Community merch gifting is only available when Poly is live on Twitch. When live, a “Gift this product” section will appear under all products.

When you purchase a gift, you have the option to include your username and a brief message (you can also choose to gift anonymously).

How Does Chat Participate?

After a LIVE community gift is purchased, the FourthwallHQ bot will automatically kick in, announce the gift in my chat, and invite viewers to enter to win by typing !enter within 180 seconds of the announcement.

After the entry window has closed, the bot will randomly select a winner (or winners if more than one item is purchased) and announce their username(s) in chat (one regular chat message per winner and one using the /announce command).

How do I claim my gift?

Announcement messages will include a link where viewers can redeem prizes by entering their Twitch login credentials.

How can I check if I won?

After the giveaway entry period has closed, the FourthwallHQ bot will announce the winner(s) in chat. If chat is moving quickly, it’s possible these messages will get lost. Viewers can always go to https://lottaglots.com/redeem and log in with their Twitch credentials to see if they won (and if so, redeem their gift.)
